A photographic exhibition on the architecture of gentrification and its impact on Bangladeshi identity in the East End of London, by artist Saif Osmani.

Framing Banglatown forms part of 184 photographic prints that capture the nexus between the spaces frequented by the Bangladeshi community, traditional English heritage buildings and the impact of incoming hipster culture on the collective cultural expression of British-Bangladeshis living in Spitalfields and Banglatown.

The exhibition coincides with the reopening of the Battle for Brick Lane exhibition taking place at 25 Princelet Street (built c18) – for further information about the campaign, see: https://battleforbricklane.com/
