On 1st June 2021, the charity Nubian Jak Community Trust in association with Global Network Media and Memorial Aid Records, will officially launch its NHS statue promotional single, I Have a Song – The Remix.
| The single was recorded as part of a project called Nursing A Nation which highlights the amazing work Commonwealth Nurses and Midwives have been making to Britain’s National Health Service since its foundation in 1948. I Have a Song – The Remix will act as a fundraiser for the installation of a historic statue to be installed at the entrance of Whittington Hospital on 5th July 2021, on the 73rd anniversary of the NHS.The single released on Memorial Aid Records features Nubian Jak, plus the Godfather of Neo Soul Eric Roberson, as well as the Lewisham & Greenwich NHS Choir (the official choir of the NHS). |
